Owner, KB Fitness

For the past 10 years, Kam has been committed to helping people live healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives. From training Olympic-level horse riders to supporting individuals on their personal fitness journeys, his passion lies in guiding others toward lasting results. At KB Fitness, he believes in more than just workouts, focusing on building sustainable habits, empowering confidence, and creating a lifestyle that inspires growth throughout the journey.

Natrell Jamerson

Director of Fitness Operations

Natrell is the Director of Fitness Operations and a certified personal trainer with a background as a University of Wisconsin student-athlete, a three-year NFL veteran, and a two-year CFL veteran. He specializes in body transformation, strength and conditioning, group fitness, sports-specific training, and mobility. With experience at the highest levels of athletic performance, Natrell brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to helping clients build strength, improve movement, and reach their full potential.
